The Long March 5B Y2, also known as the Wenchang Satellite Launch Center (WSLC), is a new generation of large solid-fuel rockets developed by China. It was launched from the Wenchungu Spaceport in Hainan Island on April 23, 2021.
The rocket has a payload capacity of over 25 tons to low Earth orbit and can carry multiple satellites or even complete spacecraft into orbit. This makes it capable of supporting future missions such as deep space exploration and manned lunar landing projects.
